These Terms & Conditions govern the sale of wedding stationery products and services offered by Narom Design, located in Toronto. By placing an order, you agree to comply with these terms. Narom Design provides both design and printing services, with shipping available locally and worldwide via courier services.

Order Process

• Customization: Customers can choose from pre-designed templates available on our website or request custom designs tailored to their needs.

• Proofing:

  • Pre-designed templates: Include up to two rounds of free revisions.

  • Custom designs: Revision limits depend on the chosen design plan.

  • Final Proof Approval: Customers must review and approve the final proof. Narom Design is not responsible for errors (e.g., typos, incorrect dates) after approval.

• Customer Responsibilities: Customers are responsible for submitting accurate details (e.g., names, dates, addresses) and meeting deadlines for information submissions. But we're here to help! Feel free to reach out to us if you have any questions or need assistance.

 

Pricing and Payments

• Pricing:

  • Pre-designed invitations: Prices are listed on the product pages.

  • Custom designs: Prices depend on the selected design plan.

• Payment Terms:

  • A 70% non-refundable deposit is required when placing an order.

  • The remaining 30% must be paid before shipment.

• Refunds: Payments are non-refundable. If you are dissatisfied, please contact us, and we will work to address your concerns.

• Taxes: Prices exclude taxes, which will be added at checkout.

Production and Delivery

• Lead Times:

  • First Draft: 3–5 business days after receiving complete information.

  • Revisions and Finalizing: 2–3 weeks.

  • Production Times:

    • Digital Print: 3–4 weeks.

    • Letterpress: 5–6 weeks.

  • Total Timeline: Approximately 2 months.

  • Rush orders are accepted; additional fees apply. Contact us for details.

• Shipping:

  • Local and worldwide shipping is available. The carrier will depend on the customer’s location.

  • Tracking numbers will be provided, but insurance is not included. Customers can request express shipping or specific couriers at an additional cost.

• Delivery Issues: Narom Design is not liable for shipping delays, customs clearance issues, or lost parcels once the shipment is handed over to the courier.

Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations: Orders cannot be canceled, and deposits are non-refundable.

• Damaged or Defective Items:

  • Narom Design inspects all items before shipping and retains proof of the package condition.

  • If the parcel is damaged during transit, customers must contact the courier to resolve the issue.

• Replacements: In the event of production errors (e.g., typos, defective prints), replacements will be provided but not refunds.

Intellectual Property

• Ownership: Customers own the designs they purchase but may not use them for commercial purposes. Designs are for personal use only.

• Portfolio Use: Narom Design reserves the right to showcase completed designs in our portfolio, including on our website and social media.

• Copyright Compliance: Customers are responsible for ensuring any provided text, images, or other materials comply with copyright laws.

Limitations of Liability

• Narom Design’s liability is limited to the value of the purchased product or service.

• We are not responsible for indirect damages, including missed deadlines due to incorrect customer information, delayed approvals, or shipping issues.​​​.

Miscellaneous

• Color Variations: Colors may vary between on-screen previews and physical products due to differences in display settings and printing processes.

• Updates to Terms: Narom Design reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be communicated on our website.

• Force Majeure: Narom Design is not responsible for delays or non-performance caused by circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions.
