All Wedding Day Packages
Terms & Condition
1/ The contract is valid for one year from the above wedding date
2/ Once the package details and amount are finalized, client shall not modified and the amount shall not be lowered
3/ Photos and videos will be submitted on 3 months after the wedding date
4/ The highlighted video will be submitted on 3 weeks after the wedding date
5/ Travel fee to be paid on the day of the wedding
6/ PAYEMENT
6.1/ The deposit payment shall be settled within 3 days of the invoice issue date; otherwise, the booking will be cancelled
6.2/ Final payment shall be completed on or before the day of meeting
6.3/ Additional fee shall be settled on the wedding day
6.4/ All amounts paid hereunder shall NOT be refunded

6.6/ The contract commences upon receipt of the deposit.
7/ ADDITONAL FEE
7.1/ Requesting staffs arrive at venue AT or BEFORE 7:30am, CAD$50 per staff will be charged as morning fee
7.2/ Over time working counted from the last hour of contract, CAD$100 per hour and per staff will be charged as over time fee
8/ AMENDED AND CANCELLATION
8.1/ Amend wedding date WITHIN contract effective period:
8.1.1/ First amend:
8.1.1.a/ Written notice by 30 days will be no uncharge
8.1.1.b/ Written notice LESS than 30 days, surcharge of CAD$500 administration fee added on top
8.1.2/ Second amend and onward:
8.1.2.a/ Written notice by 30 days , surcharge of CAD$500 administration fee added on top per times
8.1.2.b/ Written notice LESS than 30 days, surcharge of CAD$1,000 administration fee added on top per times
8.2/ Amend wedding date WITHOUT contract effective period:
8.2.1/ Under 7.1.1 and 7.1.2, surcharge of CAD$500 extension fee added on top
8.3/ Restart the contract after cancellation, client shall pay the deposit and amount AGAIN
8.4/ Once client confirmed to cancel contract, the initial deposit and payment shall NOT be refunded
9/ OTHERS
9.1/ All photos taken are copyrighted by KEVIN PIXEL and has the right to use them for portfolio showcase.
9.2/ In case of any disputes, KEVIN PIXEL reserves the right of final decision.
9.3/ This contract is NOT transferable.
All Engagement & Family Packages
Terms & Condition

3/ PAYEMENT
3.1/ The deposit payment shall be settled within 3 days of the invoice issue date; otherwise, the booking will be cancelled
3.2/ Final payment shall be completed on or before the day of meeting
3.3/ AdditIonal fee shall be settled on the photoshooting day
3.4/ All amounts paid hereunder shall NOT be refunded

4/ AMENDED AND CANCELLATION
4.1/ Amend engagement/pre-wedding date WITHIN contract effective period
4.1.1/ No uncharge
4.2/ Amend wedding date WITHOUT contract effective period
4.2.1/ Surcharge of CAD$500 extension fee added on top
4.3/ Restart the contract after cancellation, client shall pay the deposit and payment again
4.4/ Once client confirmed to cancel contract, the initial deposit and payment shall NOT be refunded
5/ OTHERS
5.1/ All photos taken are copyrighted by KEVIN PIXEL and has the right to use them for portfolio showcase.

All Photo Booth Rental Packages
Terms & Condition
1/ Once the package details and amount are finalized, client shall not modified and the amount shall not be lowered
2/ All Photo Booth Photos and videos will be submitted on 1 week after the event date
3/ Travel fee to be paid on the day of the event.
4/ PAYEMENT
4.1/ The deposit of 50% shall be settled within 3 days of the invoice issue date; otherwise, the booking will be cancelled
4.2/ Final payment shall be completed 1 day before the event
4.3/ Additional fee shall be settled on the event day
4.4/ All amounts paid hereunder shall NOT be refunded

7. SET-UP AND OPERATION
7.1/ We require 40 mins for setup before the event
7.2/ The client must provide sufficient space, power outlets, and internet access (if needed).Our team will operate the booth and assist guests throughout the event.
8. CUSTOMIZATION
8.1/ Custom photo templates are designed based on your preferences. Design approval must be given 3 days before the event to allow time for preparation.
9. DAMAGES
9.1/ The client is responsible for any damages to the photo booth equipment caused by guests.
9.2/ We reserve the right to shut down the booth if the equipment or staff are at risk due to improper use or unruly behavior.
10. LIABILITY
10.1/ We are not responsible for any technical issues beyond our control, such as power outages or internet disruptions.
10.2/ We will make every effort to ensure the booth operates smoothly, but in the event of an equipment malfunction, we will issue a partial refund based on the remaining event time.
All Pet Photography Packages
Terms & Condition

2/ All Photo Booth Photos and videos will be submitted on 1 week after the event date
3/ Travel fees are calculated at a rate of 0.89¢ per km and must be paid on the day of the event.

7/ PET BEHAVIOR
7.1/ Well-Being of Pets: We prioritize the safety and comfort of your pets. Please ensure your pet is well-rested, fed, and healthy before the session. If your pet shows signs of distress, we may pause or stop the session.
7.2/ Aggressive Behavior: For the safety of everyone, we reserve the right to end a session if a pet shows aggressive behavior. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
7.3/ Leashes & Collars: Pets must be on a leash or harness during outdoor sessions for their safety. We can digitally remove leashes in the final photos upon request.
8/ OWNER'S RESPONSIBILITY
8.1/ Supervision: Owners are responsible for supervising their pets during the session. We encourage bringing toys, treats, or anything else that helps keep your pet comfortable.
8.2/ Cleanliness: Please ensure your pet is clean and well-groomed for the session. If your pet requires special grooming, please arrange it beforehand.
8.3/ Accidents: Any damages to the studio or equipment caused by pets during the session may result in an additional charge.
9/ OTHERS
